As media content demands increase, so does the need for broadcasters to efficiently and cost effectively deploy new channels in master control. Without sacrificing eye catching graphics the play-to-air chain needs to be simplified reducing the number of physical components, space, power and cooling to add another channel.

Designed with the aim of streamlining operations for master control operators, the MSV-G provides an integrated broadcast server solution with rich branding capabilities, DVE and video routing enabling switching between live feeds and the server’s playlist outputs. Without compromising on performance, the MSV-G is the ideal server for broadcasters needing channel expansion or disaster recovery.

The MSV-G collapses video server play-out, audio, routing and channel branding into a single integrated software application that runs on a 3RU chassis. The advanced graphics capability is powered by an OpenGL-based 3-dimensional real time rendering engine made up of audio mixer, 4-input video DVE, video mixer, character generator and is enhanced with a GPU card for accelerated graphic processing for real time rendering and play-out of complex scenes.
